Core Concept

Frame

A man's reality, lived, not argued, that he stays inside no matter how a woman tests it.

What is Frame?

Frame is not a thesis to be defended, it's a reality to be lived. A man's frame is his internal sense of who he is, what he stands for and what he will and won't tolerate, and it doesn't require explanation to people who don't live by the same rules.

Holding frame does not mean being boring, cold or overly serious. A man can flirt, tease, lead and stay playful while still being secure and grounded. Losing frame looks like over-explaining, negotiating your standards, or becoming 'too easy to move' emotionally whenever she shifts.

Frame is tested constantly, that's simply how women are wired to check whether your words and actions align. A man with frame doesn't perform strength, he simply doesn't abandon himself when tested.

Good to Know

Frame is lived, not explained or defended in an argument.
Losing frame usually shows up as over-explaining or over-adjusting to her mood.
Frame and playfulness are not opposites, cold and serious are not the same as strong.
Women test frame instinctually, not maliciously, to check alignment between words and actions.

How to Apply Frame

1
Stop explaining your standards, state them once and live them.
2
Notice when you're adjusting your plans or opinions just to keep her calm, and stop.
3
Practice staying playful and warm while holding a boundary instead of going cold.
